Today’s selection is from Surah 38, Sâd, verses 41-64. These verses talk of Prophet Job, his sickness and relief by God and then close by reminding us about the rewards of paradise and the punishment of hell.
Tafseer for this selection concerns Job’s patience as contrasted with his wife’s impatience and his apparent oath to strike her in verse 44.
